I was sharing how God has spoken to me with a friend. He was asking some questions about the specifics. Then he asked a great conversation starter.
“Adam, how do you hear from God?”
This led us into a great talk about listening to Jesus, when we know it is God and when we have missed God’s voice.

As a Daughter of Charity I meditate an hour a day and pray lauds and vespers with the Sisters I live with. This helps me to hear God speaking at our special time together. I am also encouraged to listen for the Holy Spirit to guide me through out the day to help me make decisions that are the best for me my Community and the world. All this sounds like I live a perfect life, but not so, my friend, not so. My decisions many times are selfish, or I don’t listen, act impulsively. Please pray for me.
